Choose a venue by the job it creates
The store describes a small beginning and later expansion. It does not publish a complete investment table. Compare the obligations of each business using observations from the released build: supply runs, staffing, equipment and the time you want for the story.
- Restaurants: connect each dish to stock, equipment and margin.
- Ramen bars: establish a repeatable food-service routine.
- Nightclubs: verify their own service and staffing requirements before copying a restaurant plan.
Expansion is a coverage decision
A second location can increase the number of tasks competing for your attention. The historical manager description includes ingredient restocking, staff support and greenhouse duties; it does not establish a salary or automatic profit increase.
- Record each venue’s location and level.
- List duties still requiring your intervention.
- Compare added costs against observed sales over the same period.
- Reliable supply
- Understand service
- Review costs
- Consider expansion
Planning guidance. Costs, unlocks and performance require live observation.
Follow the money through the menu
Sales alone do not measure profit. Track ingredient usage and labor separately, then include rent and other observed operating costs. Our tool exposes the calculation and accepts user-entered figures. It provides accounting arithmetic, not a hidden game-economy formula.
What we’ll check at launch
