Record what an upgrade actually changes
A new level may expose controls or requirements that a pre-release guide cannot enumerate. Capture the before-and-after venue screen, the payment and the stated effect. Keep one-time capital spending separate from ingredient and wage costs.
- Current level and next displayed level.
- Required currency, items or prerequisites.
- New capacity, equipment or controls only when observed.
Use the manager milestone carefully
The April 2025 level-3 statement is an explicit source, so it is worth testing early. It is not enough to build a universal three-level progression table. Check the actual venue type and whether another quest or condition is present.
- Reliable supply
- Understand service
- Review costs
- Consider expansion
Planning guidance. Costs, unlocks and performance require live observation.
Upgrade or add another location?
Compare the current bottleneck with the obligations of a second venue. If the current menu is frequently unavailable, expanding can multiply the same supply problem. If it is stable, record the new location’s travel and staffing demands before projecting returns.
- Resolve recurring stock gaps first where practical.
- Plan who handles both venues when you leave.
- Measure a comparable operating period after the change.
What we’ll check at launch
- Upgrade costs and specific effects
- Manager unlock conditions
- Venue-specific progression
Map responsibilities across venues and keep uncovered work visible.
