What the early business tells us
The historical spotlight connects the first restaurant to Thaddeus and Banor. Treat this as a developer preview of the opening setup, not a step-by-step save guide. Names and the broad business setting are useful; starting cash and a mandatory purchase order are not established.
Keep the first operation legible
Use the small venue to learn how a recipe becomes a serving. Record ingredients on hand, what a vendor purchase adds and where stock is stored. Then run a service period before evaluating changes. A disciplined first record becomes a reference when your operation expands.
- Write down the starting stock before purchases.
- Note a dish’s exact recipe and required equipment.
- Record Banor’s role and actual available controls.
- Reconcile the resulting revenue with observed costs.
- Recipe available?
- Ingredients in stock?
- Right equipment?
- Observe service
Recipe, ingredient and equipment dependencies are official; the checking sequence is ours.
When to consider a different venue
There is no verified universal “best first upgrade” on this site. Compare the proposed upgrade with your current stock reliability, staffing and cash needs. If the cost cannot be measured yet, keep the decision provisional rather than filling in a community estimate.
What we’ll check at launch
- Opening sequence and first-service controls
- Starting resources
- Early upgrade costs and requirements
