Read the client brief first
The developer describes satisfying a client’s instructions rather than decorating entirely to your own taste. Record the explicit requirements before buying. Do not assume a color, material or furniture style qualifies unless the game identifies it that way.
- Client and property location.
- Required items, categories or style as displayed.
- Any budget, deadline or payment terms actually shown.
Track spending against the job
A reward estimate is not useful without knowing what the client pays for and who keeps unused furniture. Record the cash you spend, any reimbursement and the final reward separately. Do not publish a best-job profit ranking from an untested preview.
- Location & access
- Acquisition terms
- Furniture & storage
- Your daily routine
Rent/purchase wording varies between official previews. Confirm each property’s live terms.
Keep an evidence trail
Capture the room before work, the items placed and the completion feedback. If a requirement fails, change one element and observe the response. This creates a reusable answer for another player without inventing a hidden scoring formula.
What we’ll check at launch
- Client jobs and completion conditions
- Rewards, reimbursement and budgets
- Item/style matching rules
Choose priorities, group errands and make room for the city.
Follow the evidence
